C、Grinding speed and precision: For parting lines and burrs, the grinding speed of the equipment can reach up to 7m/min; The cutting speed of gate and riser can reach 3m/min, the machining precision can reach 0-0.5mm.
D、Flexibility: The axial movement of multi-axial functional equipment is five + two axes, and the main shaft can rotate vertically at 0 - 90 degrees to grand and cut workpieces in all directions.
E、Fixture: Double working station rotating table loading and unloading, workpiece tooling replacement is simple, positioning is fast and accurate.
